LINDEGO2 features a distinctive, contemporary architectural form, defined by the combination of ceramic façade tiles with light and black mica-finished render. The façades are complemented by strongly accentuated dark window reveals and planters with trees positioned at different heights of the building.

Greenery is an integral part of the project. It appears not only on the façade, but also in the internal courtyards and recreational areas. The development also includes a children’s playground and a dog run.

A significant part of the LINDEGO2 standard is defined by the spaces and amenities available to residents:

The apartments are equipped with a Smart Home system that enables, among other functions, control of lighting and heating. Selected apartment functions and common areas can also be managed via a mobile application.
