Rotunda Dynasy is a small apartment development developed by Marvipol Development in Warsaw’s Powiśle district, at 22 Dynasy Street. The building was constructed on the site of a historic rotunda from 1896, originally built to showcase the monumental Tatra Mountains Panorama . A preserved section of the original walls has been incorporated into the new structure of the building, ensuring that its contemporary form remains clearly connected to the history of this address.

WWAA’s design restores the Rotunda’s distinctive, polygonal form, reinterpreting it with massive façade frames, vertical divisions, and recessed top floors. The building, scheduled for completion in 2023, is planned to feature just 23 apartments , ranging in size from approximately 63 to 264 m². The limited number of units, extensive amenities for residents, and location between Powiśle, the Royal Route, and Warsaw’s historic center create a unique offering on the local real estate market.
