An intimate event by Royal Space and Larte in Warsaw

An intimate event by Royal Space and Larte in Warsaw

It didn’t start with an idea for an event. It started with conversations. With the need to bring together people who share a similar approach to aesthetics, quality, and relationships. With space—not only the physical kind, but also the kind that emerges between people when they have time, attention, and a reason to pause.

On November 29, 2025, the Royal Space venue changed its rhythm for one evening. Together with the Larte brand, we created an event that had no ambition to be loud or spectacular. It was meant to be genuine. Intimate. Designed to invite conversation, to listen to music, and to experience art without rush. That evening was both the finissage of Katarzyna Chmielewska – Kate Hope’s exhibition and the moment of announcing a new collaboration between Royal Space and Larte. It was a moment when art, space, and people simply found a shared rhythm.
We were not interested in an event organized “because it’s expected.” From the very beginning, we knew that if we were to do something, it had to be in a form close to us—simple, relaxed, and free of pressure.

The idea was to create an evening you could stay for longer. Without running between program points, without the need to be “everywhere.” Music in the background, art, conversations that unfold naturally and don’t end after a few minutes.
The decision about scale was equally deliberate. Around 50–60 people—a group with whom it truly made sense to spend this time.

A shared approach to quality

The collaboration between Royal Space and Larte

The announcement of the collaboration between Royal Space and Larte was one of the key moments of the evening, although it did not take the form of a traditional presentation. It was more of a conversation about what connects us. Both brands operate in different fields, yet share a similar starting point: thinking about quality as a process rather than a final outcome. About aesthetics that emerge from decisions, proportions, and coherence—not from excess. That evening marked the first joint step and, at the same time, a preview of what is to come. The collaboration between Royal Space and Larte will be developed in a way that translates directly into real experiences for our clients, as a natural extension of the standard Royal Space is known for.

“We truly value the opportunity to co-create events like this, especially with partners who operate on a similar wavelength. Working with Larte on this finissage was a great pleasure for us—within such a team, organizing a gathering feels natural and is built on full trust. Our industry is rooted in relationships, which is why creating space for conversations and meetings beyond a formal context is so important to us. Art, much like real estate, brings people together and builds emotions around a place. We would like to thank our guests, partners, and the entire team. It is thanks to you that this evening had its unique character.”

Krystian Guziejko, Royal Space

“Creating events like this is a great pleasure for me, but also a responsibility. I am all the more pleased that we could co-organize the finissage together with Royal Space—within such a team, work truly becomes a pleasure. The evening had wonderful energy, a great atmosphere, and a natural vibe that stayed with us until late hours. Thank you to the guests, partners, and the entire team—it is thanks to you that these meetings truly have meaning.”

Finissage of the Exhibition by Katarzyna Chmiel – Kate Hope

The finissage marked the official closing of the temporary exhibition by Katarzyna Chmiel – Kate Hope, yet its character was far removed from a traditional conclusion of an exhibition. It was an invitation to pause by the paintings and enter their rhythm. Without haste and without imposed interpretation.
The presented collection is built on a bold form and intense color. Characteristic, fluid lines shape figures that balance between figuration and abstraction. Bodies are present, yet not literal. Simplified, deconstructed, and geometrized. These are not portraits in the classical sense, but visual records of emotions, tensions, and relationships.

In Katarzyna Chmiel’s works, the theme of femininity is clearly present—understood not as an aesthetic form, but as a state, an energy, and a process. The figures can appear focused and intimate, at times dynamic, at times withdrawn. Color does not serve a decorative function. It is a carrier of mood and meaning. Red, navy blue, green, or yellow engage in dialogue with deep backgrounds, creating contrasts and emphasizing the internal tensions within the compositions.

The artist guided guests through the exhibition in an informal and direct manner, speaking about her creative process, intuitive decisions, and the emotions accompanying the creation of individual works. It was a moment when art ceased to be merely observed. It began to be experienced. Guests returned to selected paintings multiple times, lingering with them longer, exchanging associations and personal interpretations.
After the artistic part, the evening naturally transitioned into a further, calm form of gathering.

The Rhythm of the Evening and the Event Setting

The doors opened at 6:00 PM. The first conversations were calm, almost quiet. Over time, the space began to fill not with noise, but with presence. At around 7:10 PM, we officially announced the collaboration between Royal Space and Larte. Shortly after, we gave the floor to the artist. Following this part, the tension naturally eased. The music by DJ Sugar Mama became more pronounced. Conversations grew longer. People began to get to know one another, change seats, return to the artworks, and continue their discussions. The evening did not need a climax—it unfolded at its own pace. After the artistic segment, the space filled with the energy of relaxed conversations, good wine, and a light refreshment. The musical accompaniment by DJ Sugar Mama perfectly complemented the atmosphere—present yet unobtrusive, allowing the evening to flow naturally. The setting was designed with comfort and coherence in mind. Instead of multiple attractions, we focused on quality and careful selection. Every element—from music to tasting—was meant to support the atmosphere, not dominate it. The entire concept was created in the spirit of minimalism. Each element had its place and purpose. Nothing was accidental, yet nothing was overstated.

Relationships That Last – Why This Gathering Mattered

The event brought together friends and guests of Larte, the Royal Space team, and partners of both brands. For Larte and Royal Space, building authentic, long-term relationships is one of the foundations of how we operate—both professionally and beyond. This evening was an opportunity to meet in a less formal context, to engage in conversations that go beyond the framework of everyday responsibilities. We thank everyone for their presence and for the time spent together. At Royal Space, we work with space on a daily basis, but we believe its true value is revealed when it becomes a backdrop for relationships and experiences. This evening was a reminder that not everything has to be fast and one-off. Sometimes, it is enough to create the right conditions—the rest happens on its own. This was not a one-time project. It was a beginning. We thank everyone who was part of this evening—for the conversations, the presence, and the energy that stayed with us long after the doors had closed.
