The apartment building at Złota 44 Street in Warsaw is an extraordinary facility offering luxurious, elegantly finished apartments. Its advantage is its excellent location in the heart of the city, right next to the Palace of Culture and Science and Złote Tarasy. Złota 44 is the tallest residential building in Warsaw, Poland, and even in the entire European Union, reaching an impressive height of 192 meters. It consists of 54 floors, on which there are 287 exclusive apartments, finished to the highest standard. The apartments start from the 9th floor, offering a variety of sizes – from two-room, approximately 60-meter apartments to spacious, five-room apartments.
The design of the building was developed by world-famous architect Daniel Libeskind, known for the Jewish Museum in Berlin and the City Gates in Łódź. Złota 44 towers over Warsaw, standing out not only with its height, but also with its unique shape, which has become an icon of luxury in the city. The architecture of the building, called the Sail, impresses with both its external form and luxurious interiors, designed by the London office of Woods Bagot.
